Mit der Übergabe der Firma an die nächste Generation in 2004 erfolgte die Umfirmierung in "Wechsler Feinfisch GmbH". Die Firma hat zwei Standorte und rund 250 Mitarbeiter.
Wir sind Marktführer im Premium Segment des Räucherfischmarktes mit konsequenter Qualitäts-, Preis- und Innovationsführerschaft.
